I have worked with the IT Pros Management team for a year and have nothing but praise for their technical support. Once you submit a request via email, you will receive an immediate notification that the request has been received and typically the issue is assigned and addressed with any follow-up questions, next steps, or complete resolution within a short time period. We have a significant amount of equipment, proprietary systems, and varying computer skills from our team members. IT Pros Management is able to interact appropriately with all team members and address or resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner. The implementation of Office 365 was seamless. IT Pros Management provided helpful instructions throughout. I haven’t had any issues, though if that were to change, IT Pros Management has been quite responsive.

Smooth Transition to Office 365

IT Pros Management’ implementation and management of Bet Tzedek’s Office 365 solution has been ideal. There were many, including myself, that were nervous about the transition. There are so many stories out there of problems going wrong when you make such major changes. It couldn’t have been smoother. There wasn’t as much as a hiccup, with people not really noticing any major changes. Of course, those of us who make extensive use of Outlook noticed a change, and that was that things got easier. It was great having full and ready access to my emails both on my desktop, on my phone, and through any device connected to the internet. It has allowed me to be productive in ways that I didn’t have available before. IT Pros Management was great during the entire process, keeping us informed and updated, and always willing to solve any questions. They continue to assist with any questions or concerns.

Office 365 is a very convenient system. I am able to access remotely and is a great system. If there are any issues IT Pros Management handles right away.
